Quartz Counters in Wilsonville, OR
Quartz counters are one of the four things we specialise in, and they sit naturally alongside the flooring: the same rooms, the same job, one crew. Engineered quartz gave the market a stone surface that does not need sealing and does not stain the way natural stone can, and the decisions that actually matter are the ones about templating, seams and edges rather than the slab you point at in a showroom. Installed by our own crew across Wilsonville.

Built for Wilsonville homes.
Wilsonville is the fastest-changing town on our list. It incorporated in 1968 with about 1,000 residents and reached 26,664 by 2020. Charbonneau, on the south side of the Willamette, was annexed in 1971. Villebois came far later, built out on the former Dammasch State Hospital grounds after they closed in 1995. Those two ends of town need completely different work: a fifty-year-old planned community on one side of the river, and some of the newest houses in the region on the other.
In Villebois and the newer builds the subfloor is flat and square and the job moves fast — the decisions are about product and finish, not repair. Charbonneau is the other half of our work here: homes now over fifty years old, many single-level, where owners are replacing worn carpet with something easier to live on and easier to clean. Wilsonville summers are genuinely warm, with July and August averages near 87 degrees, and the town recorded 116 degrees on June 28, 2021, against December lows around 34.
A house that swings that far needs its flooring acclimated properly and gapped correctly at the walls. That heat record is the best argument we can give for not rushing an install.

Quartz Counters in Wilsonville, questions
We just bought in Villebois. Is it better to do floors before we move in?
Almost always, yes. An empty house means no furniture moving, no working around a family, and a faster, cleaner install. If you are between closing and moving day, tell us the date and we will work to it.
What do you recommend for a single-level Charbonneau home?
Usually luxury vinyl plank through the main living areas with carpet kept to bedrooms. It is warm underfoot, it handles spills and pet traffic, and running one continuous floor with flush transitions removes the small height changes that become trip hazards. If wall-to-wall carpet is preferred, we would spec a dense low-pile rather than a plush.
Does quartz need sealing?
No. That is one of its main practical advantages over granite and marble. The surface is non-porous, so there is no annual sealing routine and no window where an unsealed patch can take up a stain. Everyday cleaning is soap and water.
Can I put a hot pan straight onto it?
Please do not. The resin that binds engineered quartz does not like direct heat the way natural stone does, and a pan straight off the burner can leave a mark. Use a trivet. Beyond that it is a genuinely low-maintenance surface, and this is the one habit worth having.
Will my counter have a visible seam?
In a large kitchen, almost certainly at least one, because slabs come in a maximum size. The question is where it goes, and that is a decision you should be part of. We place seams over supported cabinet runs, away from the sink, and in the least conspicuous position the layout allows, and we agree it with you before fabrication.
Do you do small jobs, like a single bathroom vanity?
Yes. We take on smaller projects such as bedrooms or small counters, though there is a minimum on any job. Give us a call with what you have in mind and we will tell you honestly whether it makes sense, rather than sending someone out to quote something that was never going to work for you.
