Flooring in Sherwood, OR

There is a very specific job we do a lot of in Sherwood: the fifteen- to twenty-five-year-old subdivision house where the builder-grade carpet is worn through in the traffic lanes, the kitchen vinyl has curled at the seams, and everything else is structurally fine.
